i just hope they got it done soon, World Cup is just around the corner! They always pride themselves of having World Cup ranges, but what's the use if customers cant get their shirts in time?

Yeah man same with me... i canceled my order first as well. they should at least inform us then just leaving it at picking status.. but well its kitbag

i think i am gonna cancel my order, and re-order the same thing in the earlier order, substituting it with plain Australia kit and get the nameset elsewhere. I just checked Kitbag's stock and the only size they have for Aussie kit is XXL, that means even by the time they get the namesets in, the size i wanted would have been sold out! I know Kitbag is Kitbag, but this is too blatant and a disregard for customer's rights. Printing problem is 1 thing, can be due to the print-man being tired or careless, but this issue is worse. This shows the lack of respect to customers they have, do things according to their however they like. Complete bullshit.

oar 121...superb mate...is he included in the wc squad?

He is in the preliminary squad, but I am really hopeful he can make it into the 23 man squad. He is a good dribbler from the left side, has the Kewell mould so would be great if he can improve a lot.

Worse thing about Kitbag is they are still taking orders and peoples money under the impression that they have these printed kits available within 3 days. That is just wrong

Exactly Ian. Like i said this is more serious than just wrong printing or sending out wrong sizes, i think this is somewhere in the line of violating customer's rights etc.

Yeah excatly, taking money for a product that they do not know when they can supply. Something a certain uksoccershop is famous for as well!!

anyway, how do you go about canceling the order? i emailed them about it, is that enough? or do i need to call a certain number?

The last time I cancelled an order from them I called them directly.

It was a nightmare, I had to call them about 7 times over 2 weeks before they eventually cancelled and refunded me. They kept trying to hang me on and hang me on to aviod giving me my money back.

just wonder why the customer service provided by Kitbag become worst & terrible....

Well Brendan mines was always being passed to the relevant department to be cancelled but it never did. You'll just need to wait and see really. If no joy in 2 days contact them again. I e-mailed them once but every other attempt was by phone

Thanks for the input Ian. planned to re-order the same item minus the Aussie kit as the order was bulked with another friend, but need to confirm the order is cancelled or else i might end up with double items

I gues they had plenty of this order cancelation. mine was very straight forward. Told them it was meant for a gift and if it cant come in time i dont want it haha its a lie of course

did they proceed with the payment? check ur bank details to be sure. plan to join bulk with u for aussie kit, for some reason, i still think the design is weird and i prefer the last season 1s. haha

just like what i have encountered for the subside bulk. wondering whats wrong with their orders.. or system failure ? dont worry, my guess is they will restock. or mayb they have not update the stocks yet

pyro the payment has not been completed its on pre authorize debit. it just blocks a bulk of cash from your CC. It will only be charged when its dispatched.

No, I am pretty sure mine's already charged, as it is not listed in the 'card authorization' part of my online banking, instead it was shown in my account's history already.

Fair enough. I replied asking is the M sized Aussie kit still available, assuming they reserve 1 for me while waiting for the printing to arrive, if yes then i am willing to get the blank shirt and be refunded the printing price. If not then i might have to look elsewhere.

At first i really wanna cancel the order, because i made a mistake of not waiting for the squad number to be released before ordering VAN DER VAART 10 Luckily he did wore no10 in the friendly against Mexico
