| Wow, you managed to get the 92-93 embroidered home kit. Must have cost you a bomb. My biggest regret is selling mine in 2000 and never being able to find a suitable replacement. | |

My biggest regret is selling mine in 2000 and never being able to find a suitable replacement. Ian, if you want one.. XXL size.. there's one lurking around in ebay currently.. What size do you want? This jersey is a bit unique.. Only worn once by the players, during the 1993-1994 Charity Shield match vs Arsenal. No squad names, only numbers on the jersey. We beat Arsenal from penalty shootout during that match...

So far have DIY only lextra and namesets but not PU ones yet. to answer ur question, it is supposed to be cold peel. but i find it easier to peel when it is still hot, rather than when it's cold. so it might be hot peel after all? it may be better in the sense of peeling off the layer when its hot so its easier, but if it is meant for cold peel and u peel it while it is still warm, might result in the or glue's adhesiveness towards the shirt is not as strong as it is supposed to (stress applied before the glue hardens, and when it hardens, it's stretched ady). I'm saying this based on my experience with Lextra , the ones that i peel while it is still warm (too eager ) seems to come off and have to re-iron again, while the ones that i leave for quite a while will stay stuck. dunno coincidence or not la...

| now i'm thinking whether to ask the shop to apply for me or not. These DIY thing is kinda addictive seh...Then the person at ALI peeled it right away or let it cool down first...?
Thanks Pyro for you input. I don't quite trust the person at those shops here in SG. They like heck care your jersey. Somemore no one seems as dedicated as Sayuti at ALI i think. At La Vanita, a kakak apply all these namesets. Just imagine your wife or gf printing your nameset. No matter how many times they have done it, it seems if they have no interest in this field, their attitude towards it will be different to ours.

We beat Arsenal from penalty shootout during that match... I'm looking for XL or XXL. Not seen it on Ebay just now. I'll have a look later tonight. In my opinion it is still the best United Umbro home shirt as the fully embroidered badges makes sucha difference to the shirt. The normal replicas with the flock badge used to fade gradually in the wash which detracted from it.
