FYI guys, Madrid's kits for some seasons circa that also have the same problems, esp the first one with Samsung Mobile as the sponsor after realmadrid.com.

or maybe juz press the sponsor onto one of those useless cotton cloths...like what happen to the sticky saffron tape once u stick it to cloths and peel it off again....

but as of now, mine's in the plastic covering...hope the heat of Adelaide a couple of weeks back (45++ degree) wouldnt harm most of my jerseys

Spoilt MERIVA sponsor on Milan kit is a bit common.. not only the home kit, but also on the away & 3rd kit

one way to prevent it being sticky is to put powder.. it will look ugly for sure. but at least we can wash off the powder using water..

if yours spoilt already, then perhaps you can try bring it to Q-Line (or other printing shop) ask them whether they can produce similar like the MERIVA or not.. it shouldn't be the problem as it's a normal PU with single colour.. but then again it depends on the shop, whether they would like to do it or not..

For Milan 03-04 shirt it is very difficult to apply the Coppa Italia patch in the centre of the shirt without the iron or press touching the Meriva logo or indeed the PU type Adidas and AC badge on the PI shirt. I remember back in 2004 I caught the top of the Meriva logo on it and part of it melted. I think a better type of PU used for the sponsors logo would have prevented it. You see many PI on Ebay with damaged sponsors.

but somehow i found some of MERIVA shirts i got is in good condition.. meaning the sponsor is not sticky or even damaged after kept for some time..

is there any "renewed" product for that Meriva kit ?

maybe they realised this problem on the first few batches.. and then fix it in the later batch ?

@ acman i also think that they had a better 2nd batch or something. coz i have a friend who has the jersey take and play football put in washing machine(but not dryer) still ok woh.

@teckcheong i of my mates from Australia help me get it. He has quite a few Size L and XL.... i got it for around RM120

dono yet.. the jersey is in Australia la.... i waiting for my friend to get reply from him .if you guys want to save postage then i can bring it back when i go back for convocation. other then that if you want him to post to msia/sg then its going to be alot more expensive as postage from aus will be about AUD 20+.
