i wanted to share my collection with you all.

i went on a shopping binge prior to the world cup so i figured i would start with those. i'll create another thread in the "collections" forum to post the rest of my collection.

Looks like Kitbag's curse has struck again, the front number for the Eng home should be centered, and not below the Umbro diamond. Only the Eng away has the front number under the diamond.

Funny thing about Uruguay's shirts and numbers as well, it's capital first letter for players in the WC, but for replicas, it's not. Same goes for the names on sale at other sites, all small first letter. all other teams uses the small first letter for players and replica, for e.g. Switzerland, Italy, etc.

Yeah always noticed that and wondered why Uruguay did that. Seems their players shirts names are all custom cut with capitals exclusively for player shirts?

it's actually silver-ish. it looks white because of the flash.

i JUST realized that! it didn't occur to me since the away shirts have the number on the side. well, that just sucks...

i've had another shirt ruined by kitbag. i had to call them, and they sent me a new one. but i dunno if i can do that again since i've had this jersey for over a month now. i just never realized it.

it's not really a big deal, but i'm a bit OCD with this kind of stuff. i'll never order printing from kitbag again. Mad

yea i'll call them. i placed the order on 6/4 so i hope that won't be a problem.

i learned that it's impossible to email them, and the best way to contact them is via phone.

last time i had an error, i called kitbag. they requested pictures as well as a photo of the clear plastic bag the jersey was delivered in. that bag had a label, which let kitbag identify the warehouse that printed the shirt. this time, i won't be able to provide that label since i threw it away!

but when i called, they ended up getting it approved to deliver a new one and mailed it the following day. i didn't even have to return the faulty shirt. hope it goes the same this time.

Ever since the world cup started... kitbag's QA from the printing department has gone down the drain. I suspect they hired too many temporary staffs to help them handle the increased load of orders.. hence too many printing mistakes done by them.

But the beckham 7 england kit is super rare mate.. thanks to the side front number printing.. hihi.. cheers!

well i called kitbag and explained the error. the customer service rep placed me on hold to confirm that the home shirt has the number on the center and not on the side. once she confirmed it, she asked me to send a photo of the shirt. a few hours later, she emailed me back saying they will ship a new shirt to me. woot!

yea. they did it with no problem. i just needed to send a picture of the previous (error) one, and they shipped out a new one for me. i didn't even need to send the first one back.

that said, i've certainly learned my lesson as that was the second time i've gotten a faulty n/n printing from kitbag. from now on, i'll just order jerseys only from kitbag.
