| It seems like all most of our predictions arent correct at all, especially my prediction i bet now England would feel even worse, coz all the powerhorse out oredi, if they were to qualify for Semis, their dream of winning it is much easier than expected... | |

| The ball is indeed round. Who would expect a SF comprising of Ger v Tur and Spa v Rus esp with the group results for Germany, and the opening game for Russia? The romantics would have one for Tur v Rus, maybe another Greece in the making? Sticking my neck out again for a predicted Ger v Spa final, although Ger v Rus would be an interesting one too. Noticed the fixed variable in my predictions? C'mon Germany! | |

| Germany already secured one spot, the next one being either Russia or Spain. Both are dangerous opponents for the Germans, but the Germans do look like a side peaking at the right time.
I thought Germany was cagey v Turkey, and that the Turks look like walking all over the Germans early in the first half, with a couple of efforts hitting the bar and the post courtesy of Kazim. Having said that, the Turks faded away in the 2nd half, allowing the Germans to take control of the match, and took the win at the end. The Turks couldn't summon their never-say-die spirit anymore with the last gasp goal by Lahm, and ironic that the Turks suffered the same fate that they had bestowed upon the Czechs, Swiss and Croats earlier in the tournament. | |

| I'm gonna stick my neck out and predict a Russian win, simply because I believe Guus Hiddink is a very good coach and the Russian players especially Arshavin are growing in confidence. Germany vs Russia in the final with the Russians winning it! | |

| Yup..2nd half Spain really controlled the game. All their goals were ideed well worked. As for the final. It'll be closely contested..but I expect a few goals by both teams. But it wont go to PK. The most extra time with Spain prevailing. | |
